The customer service in this location has always been excellent so far. Any issues that I’ve experienced with my unit have always been taken care of. However, since Extra Space bought them things have change and their services went up becoming harder to afford renting my space. Thankfully Josh was able to help me out and I’m happy with the service as of now.
